HYMT Yoga School offers a residential & traditional Vinyasa & Hatha Yoga, focused 200 Hour Yoga Teachers Training Course in Rishikesh, the Himalayas. This yoga training course is affiliated with Yoga Alliance USA.

This unique training program is designed for the fresh beginners and the practitioner with basic knowledge and intermediate students of Yoga. After the successfully completion of this course, students will receive 200 RYS Certification.

This will further allow students to get registered with Yoga Alliance as RYT 200.

After the successfully completing the program the students will receive a 200 RYS (registered yoga school). After which they can get registered at Yoga Alliance USA and become a 200 RYT (registered yoga tRainer).

Mantra chanting, warm-up exercises & joints and glands practices, yoga postures, meditative steps of doing asanas, six cleansing exercises, breating practices, yoga energy locks and yoga gestures, meditation, yogic sleep, yoga philosophy & history, yogic anatomy and physiology of human body, basic principles of Ayurveda, asana alignment practicum classes, yoga teaching practice, and teaching methodology.
