Himalayan Yoga Meditation Transition (HYMT) is an institution situated in Rishikesh, the Himalayas. This represents the science and wisdom of yoga as imparted by the lineage of Yogis; Sage Kapila, Lord Patanjali, Swami Sivananda and Swami Rama of the Himalayas.

Himalayan Yoga Meditation Transition (HYMT) is a research study centre. The aim and objective of the Himalayan Yoga Meditation Transition (HYMT) is to awaken the divine flame in each human being and to train students in the lost vedic knowledge and science of Yoga, Vedic Yoga Healing.

HYMT is also a registered Yoga school with Yoga Alliance USA. School stands a bridge between pure and traditional form and the contemporary format of Yoga, Healing and & Ayurvedic learnings.

Management Team

HYMT is a non-profit organization founded in the year 2017 by a group of young, motivated Rishikesh residents as an initiative to spread the eternal message of yoga. HYMT school is situated in Rishikesh, a small town nestled in the lap of Himalayas, it offers a unique platform to learn yoga and meditation midst ashram surroundings.

Acharya Rohit


A meditation expert and guide based in Rishikesh. He is a direct disciple of Swami Veda Bharati. He went through an intense tapas while staying at the ashram Swami Rama Sadhak Gram in Rishikesh. He has been teaching and guiding students worldwide. He is conducting Yoga & Meditation seminars & retreats. 

Swami Omkarananda


Swami Omkarananda grew up around the great lady saint of India, Ma Anandamayi He studied and lived with six enlightened Masters Swami Dayananda Saraswati, Swami Veda Bharati, Swami Chidananda Saraswati, Dalai Lama, Lung Chu, and the Master of Masters Shri Kalyan Babaji of The Sacred Himalayas.
